Infrabel.
A design system that started in one small project and ended up across all of Infrabel's tools.
Brought in for a short assignment: help a product team with their most urgent UX questions. I built a design system alongside it.
The design system
The assignment was short. The design system had to let the team keep going on their own once I left.
What happened next
Management picked it up. Infrabel set up a design system team to roll it out across its tools, and in 2024 asked me back to join it.
